No. Our stock house plans are designed to meet generally accepted building standards, but they do not come with a professional seal or stamp. Because building codes vary significantly by city and state, you will likely need a local licensed architect or structural engineer to review and “seal” the plans to meet your local municipality’s requirements.

We offer 3 license options, which you can choose before checkout. License terms define how the plan can be used (1. Single-Use License, 2. Multi-Use License & 3. Developer / Commercial License ). Please review the license details carefully before purchasing.
Due to the digital nature of our floor plans, all sales are final. We offer a full refund only if a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing your plan and we are unable to resolve the issue.
