It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with James, our account representative, and David, the architect assigned to our semi custom design of this floor plan. The responded to all our questions expediently and had revisions back to us within a day or two. We told them we are working on a short timeframe as we are building in Canada and running out of summer. And they worked tirelessly to get all edits done for us.
