This add-on may be used for minor changes such as:
- Moving or adjusting interior doors
- Small window changes
- Closet adjustments
- Bathroom fixture changes
- Minor kitchen or laundry layout updates
- Small non-structural interior revisions
- Simple note or detail updates on the plan
After purchasing this add-on, please fill out the modification form to submit and initiate your modification request.:
Once we receive your details, our team will review the request and confirm if it falls under a minor modification. If the requested changes are larger than minor work, we will let you know before starting and guide you to the correct modification option.
Important Notes
This add-on is only for customers who have already purchased a house plan from us.
Major changes such as adding rooms, changing exterior walls, roofline changes, foundation changes, or large structural updates are not included in this minor modification add-on.
