Major Modification Add-On

Description

This Major Modification Add-On is for customers who have already purchased a house plan from TM Studio – Small House Design and would like to request larger changes after purchase.

This add-on may be used for major modifications such as:

• Adding or expanding a porch, patio, or deck
• Changing the exterior walls or overall footprint
• Moving or resizing major rooms
• Adding a bedroom, bathroom, office, or storage space
• Changing the roofline or exterior elevation
• Larger kitchen, living, or bedroom layout revisions
• Any modification that affects structure, exterior design, or total square footage

After purchasing this add-on, please fill out the modification form  to submit and initiate your modification request.:

Once we receive your details, our team will review the request and confirm the modification scope. If everything is clear, a dedicated architect will work on your project and share the modified draft plan for your review and confirmation.

Final delivery time depends on the size and complexity of the requested changes.
