Great small home plan with a smart and practical layout. The open kitchen, dining, and living area feel comfortable, and the bedrooms are well positioned for privacy. The porch and carport also add a nice touch to the exterior design.
The only minor drawback is that there is no pantry in the kitchen. Overall, a very good design and great value for the price.
I purchased this house plan with a major modification to add a pantry in the kitchen. The TM Studio team handled the change professionally and delivered exactly what I wanted.
