Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
At TM Studio–Small House Design, all of our products are delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical products, printed plan sets, or paper documents by mail or courier. Our floor plans are carefully reviewed before final delivery to help ensure that every customer receives accurate, high-quality files that meet our internal quality standards.
Digital Product Delivery
All purchased floor plans are delivered digitally through the customer’s account on our website. After placing an order, customers should log in using the same email address used during checkout to access their purchased files. The floor plan license file may also be delivered separately by email to the email address provided at checkout.
File Types Provided
Depending on the purchased plan package, customers may receive digital files such as:
- PDF floor plan files
- CAD files
- Floor plan license document
No physical copies or printed drawings will be shipped.
Order Processing Time
For standard stock floor plans, customers can generally expect delivery within 1–3 business days after a successful purchase.
Before delivery, our team reviews the floor plan files to make sure they meet our quality standards. This review process helps us provide customers with clean, complete, and reliable plan documents.
Modified or Custom Plan Orders
If a customer selects any modification, customization, or plan changes, the delivery timeline may be adjusted based on the complexity of the requested work. Simple modifications may take less time, while more detailed or major changes may require additional review and drafting time. Our team will communicate with the customer regarding the expected timeline when modifications are involved.
No Physical Shipping Fees
Because all products are digital, there are no physical shipping charges, courier fees, or printed delivery costs.
Incorrect Email Address
If a customer enters the wrong email address during checkout but the purchase was completed successfully, there is no need to worry.
The customer can contact our support team and provide a payment screenshot, order confirmation, transaction proof, or any other valid proof of purchase. Once our team verifies the order, we will help update the correct email address and make sure the purchased plan files are delivered properly.
Accessing Your Files
Customers should log in to their account on the TM Studio–Small House Design website using the email address used at checkout.
If the order confirmation or license email is not visible in the inbox, we recommend checking the spam, junk, or promotions folder.
