Refund & Return Policy
At TM Studio – Small House Design, we sell digital architectural floor plans delivered electronically. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Physical Shipping
All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF and CAD/DWG files).
No physical items are shipped.
2. No Returns on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted once the files have been delivered or accessed.
Once a floor plan has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
3. Refund Policy
All sales of digital floor plans are final and non-refundable, except in the limited situations described below:
✅ Eligible for a Refund
A refund will be issued only if one of the following conditions applies:
The purchased floor plan cannot be delivered, or
A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing or downloading the files, and
Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after being notified.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. License & Usage Responsibility
Purchasing a floor plan grants you a license to use the design, not ownership of the design itself.
License terms vary based on the option selected at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to misuse or misunderstanding of license terms.
5. Plan Modifications & Local Codes
Our plans are permit-ready in most U.S. states, but building codes vary by location.
Minor modifications by a local architect or engineer may be required.
This does not qualify for a refund.
